Michael J. Boyajian is a Christian, and was was born and raised in La Jolla, California. He spent his senior year of undergraduate work at the National Chengchi University in Taipei, Taiwan, and his senior year of law school at Southwestern University School of Law on an externship researching Chinese investment and development laws in Hong Kong and Guangzhou, China. Upon admission to the State Bar of California, Mr. Boyajian returned to the United States to represent major financial institutions downtown Los Angeles. He then joined the Fresno County Counsel's office, where, among other things, he was assigned to assist the County's Public Works & Development Services Department in the prosecution of all zoning and building violations. Mr. Boyajian also represented the Risk Management Division of the Fresno County General Services Department in all aspects of complex civil litigation including government tort liability and alleged civil rights violations, and the Fresno County Auditor-Controller/Treasurer-Tax Collector in all collection and retirement matters. Other assignments included governmental contracts, education law and LPS conservatorships. Mr. Boyajian was then hired by the insurance defense firm of Borton, Petrini & Conron, where he fine-tuned his litigation skills in their Fresno and Santa Barbara offices, representing a variety of insurance companies who insure major companies such as Dole Food Company, Dewey Pest Control, Tootsie Roll, The Good Guys, Kal Kan, Fosters Freeze, Home Depot, Teledyne Industries, Long's Drugs, Mervyn's, and public entities such as the City of Fresno. He then gained further real estate, construction, and public entity experience while serving the cities of Morro Bay and Pismo Beach as their Assistant City Attorney, and the San Simeon Community Services District as its Assistant General Counsel. Serving San Luis Obispo County (Paso Robles, Atascadero, San Luis Obispo, Morro Bay, Pismo Beach, Shell Beach, Arroyo Grande, Grover Beach and Oceano), the Law Offices of Michael J.
